turn ye even to me with all your heart,
and with fasting,
and with weeping,
and with mourning:
What does a fast do?
What can it accomplish?
As born again, I only care to share with you the WORD of GOD.
You will not hear about fasting, to lose weight.
Or to look good.
For better health, yes.
But not for vanity.
You will know about fasting, for GOD's purposes.
Or fasting, to glorify GOD.

Initially, it was supposed to be just an article for another blog.
Lo, and behold, the titles started coming forth on their own.
It simply had to be a blog dedicated to Biblical fasting.
Turns out, a fast is not just a fast.
GOD intends it, more than what man thinks.
This blog will be especially relevant in these end times.
It's time for all to know what real fasting is.
