Unbind thou the bindings together of unpity, either of cruelty, release thou [the] burdens pressing down; deliver thou them free, that be broken, and break thou each burden. To unbind the bindings up of pitilessness, or of cruelty, to release the burdens of oppression, to set free those who be broken, and to break each burden.)

We now see, as born again, how much we need to help our brothers and sisters in need.
SPIRIT wouldn't have led me to this defining verse, unless, and until I was born again.
This is a thing of the SPIRIT, and only born agains, believers, and children of GOD, can understand, and be led to.
JESUS was clear about what being born again means:
John 3:5-7
King James Version
5 Jesus answered,
Verily, verily, I say unto thee,
Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit,
he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh;
and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Marvel not that I said unto thee,
Ye must be born again.
That's the only way we can be instructed by GOD's SPIRIT.
Only THROUGH JESUS, can we have the peace, joy, strength, focus, and clarity to do the will of the FATHER.
This is the day of fast GOD wanted.
That all may be free of oppression.
